We do our best to bring hot food to you quickly, but sometimes heat can escape along the journey. While you wait, fire up your oven and follow these reheating instructions to bring your dish to its full potential. Once ready, we suggest using your own plates and serving dishes to enhance your dining experience.

Pick Up Info
Can I order alcohol for pick up orders?
Yes, select beverages and cocktail kits are available for pickup at all locations. All alcohol orders must include food and ID verification will be required upon pickup. Your order may be cancelled if these conditions are not met.
Can I use my gift card for a pick up order?
Yes, Cactus gift cards can be used towards your pickup order. Only gift cards that have a listed PIN on the back of the card are accepted at this time. Only one gift card can be redeemed per order. If you’re paying with multiple cards (ie. gift card and credit card) for your order, the full gift card amount will be redeemed at the time of purchase with the remaining value being charged to the credit card.
Can I use my $15 promo card for a pick up order?
Bonus promotional cards received for e-gift cards only can be used towards your pickup order.
Can I order pick up in advance?
Yes, you can place an order in advance for same day pickup only. Availability may vary by location.

Delivery Info
Can I order alcohol for delivery?

At this time Cactus gift cards cannot be used towards delivery orders.
Why can’t I find you on my DoorDash/UberEats app?
Our delivery radius is set by our delivery partners, we apologize if they are unable to reach you.
How do I report a problem with my delivery order?
DoorDash: in order to investigate an issue related to your delivery driver or their timing, please reach out via “Help” under “Orders” in the DoorDash app. For any food quality related issues and/or missing items, please call the restaurant and ask to speak to a Manager.
UberEats: in order to investigate an issue related to your delivery driver or their timing, please reach out via “Help” under “Account” in the UberEats app. For any food quality related issues and/or missing items, please call the restaurant and ask to speak to a Manager.
Can I order delivery in advance?
No, scheduled orders are not available at this time. Ordering times are set to as soon as possible only.
